Bio
Kazuyo is a certified Yamuna Body Rolling instructor.
She is been practicing Yamuna Body Rolling since 2016 and teaching since 2019.
Before she discovers Yamuna Body Rolling, she always had back and shoulder issues, which she assumed was a part of aging process and not avoidable.
During her first Yamuna Body Rolling session she noticed these chronic stiffness slowly melting away and at the end she floated out of the studio with so much different feeling.
This experience made her interested in the method and soon decided to pursue the training course to learn more.
Yamuna Body Rolling is a body sustainability practice that works with the body's own logic to restore balance and improve functions.
Good for all age and all fitness levels.
At her session, Kazuyo works step by step with the appropriate pace for every body to achieve the goal effectively and safely.
